I have always had great experience with Vastola. Adrienne was a great salesperson, no pressure, everything was explained and all questions answered, options given. Follow up was great. Sam and Mark did a great job with install. Arrived right on time, were polite, and cleaned up everything. I am very happy with the entire process. Highly recommend.

I recently had a new air conditioner and furnace installed by Vastola Heating and Cooling. Everyone at Vastola is approachable and knowledgeable. I was especially impressed by Chris W, who came out to do the estimate, Jacob and Sam, who did the installation, and Alyssa in the office, who helped me fill out the rebate forms after the installation. I would highly recommend Vastola Heating and Cooling!

I had a minor issue recently replacing the filter for the 1st time. I called and John came out and addressed the problem and he fixed my issue. I couldn’t ask for better service!
