Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, events, customer deliveries, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Monitor engagement daily and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Develop visual creative campaigns to support promotions, events, and new product arrivals.
- Design promotional assets including graphics, email newsletters, flyers, signage, and display ads.
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and visual design.
- Create printed marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, mailers, posters, door hangers, and yard signs.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Track and analyze Meta performance metrics to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align content and campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive engagement and growth.
- Build and maintain partnerships with creators, influencers, or community pages when appropriate.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal departments for approvals and updates.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong photography and video editing skills (smartphone or DSLR)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
