We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher/ Coordinator to join our team full time.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily transportation activities, including dispatching and scheduling service technicians.
• Utilize GPS technologies to optimize routing and improve efficiency.
• Manage data entry tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members via multi-line phone systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls
• Answer incoming calls
• Maintain maintenance agreements and renewals
• Update customer files including extended warranties, equipment info, and customer information
• Forecast workload for 3-4 days
• Follow up on all pending orders
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in dispatching
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with customers
• Ability to type efficiently for data entry tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering
• 2 years experience with customer service, schedule coordinating and dispatching.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians

Pay: $42,000–$52,000 per year
