What are your hours of operation?
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. We also provide After-Hours, Weekends, and Emergency Services for an additional fee.
What does your service call include and what if I need additional repairs?
Our service call covers drive time and up to 30 minutes of on-site diagnostics. If repairs are needed, additional charges apply for parts and labor, which is billed in 30-minute increments. Can you provide details about your After-Hours service call?
Our After-Hours service is available Monday through Friday, from 5 PM to 10 PM. This service includes drive time and up to 30 minutes of on-site diagnostics. What does your Overnight/Emergency Service include, and how is it billed?
Our Overnight and Emergency Service is available Monday through Sunday from 10 PM to 7 AM. The service includes drive time and up to 30 minutes of on-site diagnostics. If repairs are needed, additional charges apply for parts and labor, which is billed in 30-minute increments. For more details, please contact our office.

How soon can you provide service?
Appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. You may want to consider our Members Elite Program that has added benefits, discounts, and preferential appointment scheduling. If there is an emergency service that is required, we can provide same day service at after hour rates.
How soon can you install our new equipment?
Although our install schedule is ever changing based on multiply conditions, we try to provide installs as quickly as possible. We strive to schedule replacements within a week but may have to go into a second week based on the time of year.
As always, NO HEAT situations will take precedence and made a priority.
What is my service warranty?
Service has a 30-day warranty.
What brands of equipment do you install?
We are a Lennox Premier Dealer, a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer and a Carrier Dealer. Do You Offer Financing?
Yes, we offer up to 18 months no interest (if paid in full before the deadline date) to qualified customers. You can apply on our website under financing. We also offer a “Worry Free Program” where you make low monthly payments for 8 years that includes all services and filters at no extra cost. Call for details.
Are there any rebates or tax incentives?
Manufactures Run Rebate programs often throughout the year, if its during their promotional time then YES there would be a Rebate. Along with that please look to our promotional offers as well which change regularly. Tax credits can apply depending on the product you are selecting, and as always, your Comfort Adviser will give you more information.
How do I claim Web Coupons?
You must mention the coupon upon scheduling your sales consultation and/or service request.
Does Vastola provide duct cleaning services?
Duct cleaning is not a service that we provide. We recommend our local friends over at Indoor Air Professionals.
