Duties:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, inspect, modify, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Possess the ability to reasonably analyze and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and / or system deficiencies and problems.
- Replace defective parts, reassemble affected equipment, and test for proper operation.
- Own basic hand tools and have a willingness to work under direction to complete specific tasks.
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs as necessary
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions.
- Valid drivers license and a good driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
